[Samba] read only mount on Mac OS Catalina

Thanks -- I had tried sharing just /dir1/dir2/user before (permissions set
at 2770), and could mount, but still have a read-only filesystem.  When I
look at the permissions for the mounted /dir1/dir2/user on MacOS it is
user:staff and 700.

The file system for /dir1/dir2 is ZFS.  Could the type of file system being
shared be a factor?
