[Samba] ctdb failover interrupts Windows file copy

Hi Martin,

Yes xcopy /z  does work.

I am referring to the File Explorer / ui copy ..such as you drag and 
drop a file. It either it does not like network reset / ctdb-tickle very 
well or maybe it is has too small a timeout for for ctdb transfer.
