OK, the only real problem that I can see is that you have:

ea support = no

This turns off the required EA.

If turning this back on again doesn't fix the problem, check the ACL 
with samba-tool:

samba-tool ntacl get <file> --as-sddl

Run this on the fileserver as root and replace <file> with the path to 
the file or directory you are checking on windows.

If the correct ACEs are shown, then this is a Windows problem.
