I've been hosting build tools for the latest releases, currently Samba
4.13.2 over at https://github.com/nkadel/samba4repo. I've not felt I
had the space and security to host binaries rather than Makefiled,
patches, and .spec files to  build from, but you're quit4e welcome to
use them.
