[Samba] SMB1 disabled - no workgroup available

I was following the recommendations for Samba 4.8.3. Now I got it that
SMB1 has been disabled by default as of 4.11 :-). But still, "smbclient
-m SMB2|3 -L dc" will lead to the same result "SMB1 disabled - no
workgroup available".
