Well, im experiencing the same but on W10 with a member.
My transfer speed dropped from 100Mb/s to 1.5Mb/s at logoff and writing the windows user profile
My fix was, enable caching off the profles for the users on the pc so i have time trying to find and fix it.
I think its related to a windows update, but i still dont know for sure, this appeared when i was on vacation.
It "just" appeared.. So i hope it also "just" dissapears. ;-)
I'll do the new samba version packages first and test it again.
Greetz,
Louis
