[Samba] Service Winbind stopped, what could be the reason ?

Yes, it has been been replaced by the new format.

Winbind should not stop for no reason, but the redhat distros install 
sssd by default and sssd uses versions of winbind libs that could clash 
with the Samba ones, so, if sssd is still installed, I would remove sssd
