Re-checked the output of the script. 

And can you run this script on both the samba AD-DC's.

Im missing something in your output, @Rowland, can you send me a copy of your script, i'll merge the changes in this one. 

Also, after the FSMO transfer from DC1 to DC2, did you reboot DC2? 
If not, backup old logs/clear them, reboot, check the logs of its all ok.

Then, exact as shown, this is/should be sufficient or at least should be. 

samba-tool domain level show  ( handy to know also for us ) 

kinit Administrator
samba-tool domain join test.example.domain.br DC --realm=TEST.EXAMPLE.DOMAIN.BR --prepare-oldjoin -k yes  -d6

	I was wondering if is possible to install a new fresh updated Debian in a new host and transfer (copy with cp or something like that) the samba files and database from old ADC02 Samba DC to this new host?

			Add in resolv.conf the ip of DCS02 and DCS03 in this order. 
			Try to join a gain. 

			As i see now, your trying to join a server and that uses itself as resolving server, that does not work when you joining.
