I've made an extra bugfix release for 4.10.14 for Buster/Stretch/Bionic. 

I added (backported) patches from bugzilla.samba.org

       - 14320 : smbd mistakenly updates a file's write-time on close
       - 14327 : pam_winbind segfault when dereferencing freed error struct
                 in _pam_delete_cred
