Finally I was able to add a Samba to my domain controllers.!!

Indeed it was what Rownald suggested. I appreciate your patience.
Indeed it was the configuration of the replica inherited from 2000. To
take into account. I saw several emails with exactly the same error
messages and this suggestion did not appear. Maybe it's the same case.
