Ough.. Domain level 2000.. 

Yeah, that explains a lot more. 
And i can only agree, that link Rowland shows should help you to fix it. 

And the comment on the debug output. 
And i see one more thing to add/fix in the debug script. 
On the todo... First the 4.11 packages.

Also, most looks ok, but i do suggest. 
Make sure your time is also setup and synced.

Last and not least.. 
.local domain..  

Since your working a a new setup. You might have the chance to drop/change the .local domain. 
It is not recommended and might give conflicts.
