[Samba] dbcheck errors

Hi,
I have two DC's.  On one DC running: 
	samba-tool dbcheck --cross-ncs 
runs without errors.   On the other the following errors result:

samba-tool dbcheck --cross-ncs --fix
Checking 3626 objects
ERROR: Not fixing cn='UserStaging' on 'CN=User,CN={CA8E6F15-335B-4BA1-BDD3-7FE7B6780946},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=microlynx,DC=org'
ERROR: Not fixing cn='MachineStaging' on
'CN=Machine,CN={CA8E6F15-335B-4BA1-BDD3-7FE7B6780946},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=microlynx,DC=org'
Checked 3626 objects (2 errors)

The errors are not fixed, despite the --fix option.   The object is one of the GPO policies, and I have checked sysvol replication
is working OK, and policies are being applied as far as I can tell.  The samba version on both DCs is 4.10.8.    How to resolve
this?
