[Samba] Samba4 computers not on W10 Network

Hai, 

There is some work done here, see: 
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11473 

Maybe an extra ping on it. 
Would be nice to have it in 4.11. since its directly related to/with SMB1.
