I am surprised that it wasn't immediately closed, that bug report has
nothing to do with Red-Hat, they are on record has saying there will
never be a Red-Hat AD DC.

In the mean time, can I suggest that you do one of the following:

Compile Samba yourself on Fedora using the builtin Heimdal.

Find Fedora packages that use Heimdal

Fix the remaining problems with using MIT

Pay someone else to do the above if you cannot do it yourself

Use another distro that provides Samba with Heimdal

But whatever you do, stop using Samba with MIT in production. Samba
4.11.0 will be release very shortly, so, even if all the problems with
MIT are fixed overnight (not likely), the earliest you could see a fully
working Samba with MIT is in about 6 months.
