[Samba] nmbd needed when smb1 disabled?

nmbd is for NetBIOS naming service (WINS and netbios Broadcast) and has 
actually nothing to do with SMB1, except maybe to be old tech that is 
better to be turned off.

So yes it is better to turn it off, but you can turn it off even if you 
are still using SMB1.
