[Samba] 4.11 for ubuntu 18.04

If you can wait a short while, Louis will probably have packages for 
Ubuntu 18.04, see here:

He already provides 4.10 packages, but, due to the large amount of 
changes between 4.10 and 4.11, he is having problems producing 4.11 
packages, but I 'think' he has fixed the problems, so expect packages 
before long (for an unquantifiable version of 'long')
