Unfortunatelly that doesn't help:

I did:

apt install --reinstall sernet-samba-ctdb

Two different versions of smbd continue to appear in the log

tail -f /var/log/samba/log.smbd

[...]

  cluster fatal event: ctdbd died

   - exiting immediately

[2019/05/16 13:19:37.165554,  0] ../source3/smbd/server.c:1519(smbd_claim_version)

smbd_claim_version: smbd 4.9.4-SerNet-Debian-11.stretch already running, refusing to start version 4.9.8-SerNet-Debian-13.stretch

[2019/05/16 13:21:45.967771,  0] ../source3/smbd/server.c:1519(smbd_claim_version)

smbd_claim_version: smbd 4.9.4-SerNet-Debian-11.stretch already running, refusing to start version 4.9.8-SerNet-Debian-13.stretch

I assume the update failed, right?
