[Samba] build problem with 4.10.0

Try the attached.  If this fixes it file a bug and we can backport it.
 I've invited you to our bugzilla.

The pre-generated docs in the tarball are likely the proximate cause of
the issue, which is why it isn't noticed on git builds.
