I have several Solaris 11 servers (AMD/Intel X86_64 platform not sparc.
I applied the latest OS patches this past weekend (specifically Service
Release Update 6 for Solaris 11.4.)    This upgrade samba from 4.7.6 or
4.8.4 (depending on the server) to Samba 4.9.3.

Samba 4.9.3 won't run.   It won't even run  in the foreground (smbd -F
-d10) and I don't see anything going to logs or in the diagnostic output.

# /usr/sbin/smbd -F -d10

nmbd and winbindd also won't start.

Appreciate any advice.

Thanks
