If you are going to use the dhcp-dyndns.sh script you need to find out
why you are getting lines like this:

Jun 27 10:55:10 server5-ad sh[2525]: /bin/bash:
/usr/local/bin/dhcp-dyndns.sh: Permission denied

As the permissions are set to allow anybody to run the script, I would
suspect Apparmor, this is easy to test, turn it off. If the script works
after this, then you need to fix Apparmor.

Before anything changes a DNS record in AD, the entity needs to have the
correct permissions, either by being a member of an administration group
or by owning the records, the latter is why Windows clients can update
their own dns records.
