I would clone the PDC and test it first, then if you have no problems, 
you could change to tdbsam on the actual PDC until you get chance to 
classicupgrade again, but I would do this sooner rather than later.

I am not really a fan of jails and I am not sure if everything will work 
as expected, but if it works for you ;-)

The problem appears to be the wrong ACL's on ZFS, I think several people 
have worked on this, not sure just where they are at the moment.
