Not sure exactly what you mean, but '--use-rfc2307' isn't a valid join 
option.

Again '--interactive' isn't a valid join option (note you do not 
'provision' a secondary DC, you 'join' it), but if you do not specify 
the DNS server to use during the join, you will use the internal DNS server.

Why would you want to ?

You set a forwarder in smb.conf on your new DC pointing to an external 
DNS server.

This shouldn't be a problem, just so long as they are in the same DNS 
domain.
