Ah, I understand this (correct me):

mv FSMO-roles to pre01svdeb03

unjoin
stop
and totally cleanup pre01svdeb02 ...

cleanup DNS

at last rejoin
pre01svdeb02

(= essentially joining a new DC here, right?)
