I don't like this:

# ldbsearch -H /var/lib/samba/private/sam.ldb '(invocationId=*)'
--cross-ncs objectguid
# record 1
dn: CN=NTDS
Settings,CN=PRE01SVDEB03,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=mydomain,DC=at
objectGUID: a60fbb5f-926b-484d-992c-c1ef5cc0936d

# record 2
dn: CN=NTDS
Settings,CN=DC,CN=Servers,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=mydomain,DC=at
objectGUID: e5922d4b-9bf0-4c79-b256-ff5f75a3e4f4

# returned 2 records
# 2 entries
# 0 referrals

Here the CN=DC ...

pls advise how to fully get rid of that "DC" hostname.

thanks a lot
