If the AD dns domain is 'domain.tld' and 'xmpp' is a computer hostname, 
then yes.

It sounds like the pfsense machine is running as some form of 
caching/forwarding server and this should forward all requests for the 
AD dns domain to the AD DC's.

Rowland
