We recently rewrote the Linux HA resource agent to handle the
configuration / parameter changes:

It still attempts to support older (< 4.9) versions, so is a little
difficult to follow.

There's also a hacky deploy-from-source test script at:
https://github.com/rapido-linux/rapido/blob/master/autorun/ctdb_cephfs.sh
It currently (incorrectly) tries to use chmod for event script
enablement, and puts "CTDB_SAMBA_SKIP_SHARE_CHECK=yes" in the wrong
place. I'll fix it in the next few days.
