I grabbed a snapshot of the samba 4.9.x rpms from Fedora and checked the 
TranquilIT's source rpms.

libldb is included in my builds here:

But really, if samba 4.9.10 includes an un-released version of libldb, 
perhaps it means I was wrong all this time (the current upstream version 
appears to be 1.6.3 so I wonder if 1.4.6 is good enough).
