[Samba] Error Demoting DC Windows from Domain

Yes and Yes.

Yes, I have turned on him again. I thought it was better to demote with him
online, sorry.

Now, I have turned off the Windows Server DC and I executed the command
"samba-tool domain demote --remove-other-dead-server=WINDOWS-DC3". The
result was fine.

Yes, this Windows server will never return to the domain.
