I'm sorry, but according to:
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Bug_Reporting
one should file the bug here:
https://bugzilla.samba.org/
and to do that, one must register an account:
https://bugzilla.samba.org/createaccount.cgi
which currently seems to be forbidden.
