[Samba] samba-tool PTR with /16 network

Yes, offcourse, the 172.19 is a "bad" example. 
I suggest we use the official RFC 1918 zones. 

10.0.0.0/8
172.16.0.0/12
192.168.0.0/16

And for example 192.168.0.0/24 as extra, or people get confused.  ;-)
