[Samba] DNS Update Failed

The SO is Debian 9.9 (stretch). I'm using samba 4.5-16 and intend update to
samba 4.10 with van-belle repository, but, i'm trying solve all the issues
first.

I have changed my /etc/resolv.conf as follow:

But, this didn't solve the problem:
