[Samba] Samba 4 & Thunderbird Mail Client

I'm spitballing here, but I've previously had problems with RESTORING
Thunderbird Profiles (couldn't read all of the mbox/msf) that were
generally resolved by resetting the ACL's on the relevant directories.

In particular, I believe the SYSTEM needed Full Control, not just
Read/Execute.  Perhaps the fileshare needs to be writable to Domain
Computers as well?
