[Samba] Server 2012 functional level for Samba v4.6?

Thank You for the positive news, Andrew.


I just realized, that there will be another source of pressure soon -
Exchange 2019. It demands DFL 2012R2 too (thus Office365 may for some
use cases also get there due to the online Exchange).
