[Samba] How to best configure DNS for upgrading samba AD DC?

That page needs updating, it looks like Samba is stopped to make a
backup, something that can now safely be done with Samba running.

I do not think you have anything to worry about, that is the way I
upgrade and I have never had a problem.

Just take regular backups and carry on ;-)
