[Samba] wbinfo isn't working on domain member

There doesn't seem to be anything really wrong with any of your files,
I just have a few comments:

You only really need the DC's as nameservers in resolv.conf

You shouldn't have the DC's in /etc/hosts

Neither of which should stop wbinfo working.
Is Apparmor running ?
Is a firewall getting in the way ?
Is winbind actually running (I know you said you restarted it, but)
