You could try also to run :  samba_upgradedns --dns-backend=BIND9_DLZ 
Or if you using internal dns: samba_upgradedns --dns-backend=SAMBA_INTERNAL

You should be able to get passed the problem. 
I'll hope to get the ubuntu 4.9.5. packages online today.
