[Samba] Redirecting the computer container doesn't work in Samba 4.8.5

Almost at the end of my git bisect I noticed the commit that changed
the range of the dynamic RPC ports. It got me thinking that I maybe
forgot to open them, so I changed my iptables rules and Windows
clients could join the domain without problems.
