[Samba] win10 Samba shares discovery

That particular wiky entry is about something different (AD DC).

I was talking about a normal samba server (workgroup, not domain).
In a domain there's DNS and other stuff involved, and things are more
complicated.

I was referring to something like this:

Why is the Windows Network Neighborhood (computers list) missing the
samba server(s) in a local network  (no domain)?

1) SMB1 disabled on Windows.
If SMB1 is disabled on a Windows computer, then Windows network
discovery via netbios, which samba supports, is also disabled.
Windows will discover computers on the local network/subnet using
WSD/LLMNR, which samba doesn't support at this time.
This is why other Windows computer are visible, but samba computers are not.

This isn't considered an high priority issue, this is from 2015:

You can still access the samba resources by accessing it directly via
\\name or \\ip.address (provided SMB2 or higher is enabled  on samba)

2) If SMB1 is enabled on Windows, then check that nmbd is started on
the samba computer
