[Samba] NT4 style domain support

Hi all,
it seems that "NT4 style domain support" in windows 10 1803 is
 broken by accident. Read

These patch will bring it back again:

However smbv1 is broken, remeber "wanna cry". For people who still
 need "network neighbour hood" their are other mechs to get it back:
 i.e. MS network discovery, apples bonjour, avahi and maybe others.
