Seems that nfs-config crate the file correctly:

 root at vdmpp1:/srv# cat /run/sysconfig/nfs-utils 
 PIPEFS_MOUNTPOINT=/run/rpc_pipefs
 RPCNFSDARGS=" 8"
 RPCMOUNTDARGS="--manage-gids"
 STATDARGS=""
 RPCSVCGSSDARGS="-vvvvv -n"

but the nfs(s) systemd unit file misses the 'EnvironmentFile='
directive:

	https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd.exec.html#EnvironmentFile=


Seems time to fire up a bug...
