Lets check a few other things, can you post the contents of the
following (from both DCs):

/etc/hostname
/etc/hosts
/etc/resolv.conf
/etc/krb5.conf

Is apparmor running ?
Do both DCs show the same time and is this the same time as on the
clients ?
Is ntp running on the DCs ?
