[Samba] move from netatalk to samba + vfsfruit

sadly *I* can't :-(

what i also don't get is your answer "no" for the case to distinct
old/new - without that how can you workaround in samba to support both
versions?

anyways, until a samba release has that *and* is going to be shipped
with distributions it takes a long time while building netatalk from
source is mandatory anyways on most these days...
