[Samba] CTDB Path

Hello Martin,

a short feedback to solve this "case".

I asked for the path of the configuration file "ctdbd.conf". I compiled
samba from source. The whole installation is located in "/usr/local/samba/".

The configuration file "ctdbd.conf" is placed in
"/usr/local/samba/etc/ctdb" (same for "nodes" and "public_addresses").

I dont use the parameters:

CTDB_MANAGES_SAMBA=yes
CTDB_MANAGES_WINBIND=yes

Instead of im starting the cluster manually with a shabby script like:

#!/bin/bash
/usr/local/samba/sbin/ctdbd_wrapper
/usr/local/samba/var/run/ctdb/ctdbd.pid start
/usr/local/samba/sbin/smbd
/usr/local/samba/sbin/nmbd
/usr/local/samba/sbin/winbindd

and stopping:

#!/bin/bash
ctdbd_wrapper /usr/local/samba/var/run/ctdb/ctdbd.pid stop
# this is not necessary because the first command kills all processes of
samba
killall smbd
killall nmbd
killall winbindd

At this time all is working pretty well.

Thy very much for your help!

Micha
