OK, probably we have found the guilty.

The trouble happens only on a stock of PCs (HP ProDesk 490 G3 MT Business
PC) and seems caused by a bad interaction with our AV solution
(Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10).

Re-image the PC solves 100% the trouble, but also seems that simply
deinstalling AV and network agent and reinstalling it suffices.


Still, the real source of troubles is unknown...
