[Samba] Slow write performance CIFS mount

If you're running against NetApp storage, the Samba server
is irrelevent (not being used). Have you tried using
smbclient to test read/write performance to the NetApp ?
If that is also slow then you have 2 different clients
with the same problem. Time to look closely at the server...
