[Samba] Samba 4.8 RODC not working

You only see it when there is an connection.
			   this server	     the DC. 
tcp        0      0 192.168.1.5:53554   192.168.1.1:445     ESTABLISHED 3455/winbindd

So, i go with Rowlands question, is winbind installed?
