Thanks Rowland, installing this gets rid of the message.   Interestingly it's not installed on the other DC either, but I don't get that message on that machine.

I can't find anywhere in the WiKi which says I need to install this package - or I may have missed it.   If not does a note need to be added to the relevant page in the WiKi?

So I consider this issue solved.   Many thanks to you & Louis for your help,
