[Samba] Manage group policies from the command line under linux

Hello,
I would like to modify the group policies from the command line under
linux. Is there a tool to do the same?

Specifically, I would like to set the following:

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\DNS Client

Connection Specific DNS Suffix: enabled, and set to mydomain.org
Register DNS records with connection-specific DNS suffix: enabled
Register PTR Records: enabled
Dynamic Update: enabled
