This is your clue.

See above.  You will find it just contains a text file saying it isn't
really there.

Rebuilding the SRPM with different optons would get you a package like
in Fedora, but older and not getting AD security patches (as RHEL won't
have any reason to rev their package for those). 

See also some reported issues with the MIT KDC, which we have yet to
pin down.  If you do this, please file any issues you find in bugzilla
for clear tracking.
