[Samba] user's home shares doesn't work with Samba 4.8.3

We had something similar very recently and the only difference between
4.8.2 & 4.8.3 that could be causing this was:

The OP was asked to open a bug report, but I cannot see where a bug
report was added and without the bug report, it will not get fixed.
